Patient Relations
Patients or their families may express a concern or complaint to any employee, physician, or volunteer, who should act as a patient advocate in referring the concern to the appropriate director for investigation and resolution.

- The phone line is staffed Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30p.m.
- During the evenings and weekends, calls are referred to the Nursing Supervisor by a voice mail message.
